ABSTRACT
This study has the role to test a model of indirect estimation of the soil humidity based on the pedogeographical, meteorological, geomorfological characteristics of the Vladeasa Mountain. Using the balance method assisted by GIS we aim to calculate the soil water reserve values in every moment and in each point of the watershed. This step wants to help to evaluate and prognoses the flood generated by torrential rainfall in real time.
